Grand Plaza Hotel Room Type Single/Double Triple Off Season Standard Room w/ American buffet breakfast & free airport transfers US$ 70 + 11% US$ 95 + 11% Peak Season Standard Room w/ American buffet breakfast & free airport transfers US$ 105 + 11% US$ 140 + 11% Off Season: Jan 03 - Dec 21, 2007; Jan 03 - Mar 31, 2008 Peak Season: December 22, 2007 - January 02, 2008 Cancellation Charges • A Cancellation fee will not be charged in cancellation received at least 9 days prior to check-in date. • Fifty percent (50%) of one night's rate will be charged if cancellation is received 5-9 days before check-in date. • One hundred percent (100%) of one night's rate will be charged if cancellation is received less than 5 days before check-in date. • No Show penalty is equivalent to one-night stay. • A 5% credit card processing fee will be imposed on all cancellations and no-shows. Terms and Conditions • Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, inclusive of American breakfast and airport transfers, but do not include 11% occupancy tax. • Children below 12 years old are free of accommodation charge when sharing with parents. • Rate of Additional Breakfast for Adult: $6 each; Breakfast for Child 2-11 years old with No Bed: $3 each. • For one adult and one child in a room, the Double rate will apply. The child rate will apply when the child is the third or fourth person. Maximum number of occupants per room is 4 persons including children. • Above rates are available only by booking through TravelMart Reservations. • Rates may change without prior notice. • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). • Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking. • Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest. • Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
