Cancellation Charges
• A Cancellation fee will not be charged in cancellation received at least 9 days prior to check-in date.
• Fifty percent (50%) of one night's rate will be charged if cancellation is received 5-9 days before check-in date.
• One hundred percent (100%) of one night's rate will be charged if cancellation is received less than 5 days before check-in date.
• No Show penalty is equivalent to one-night stay.
• A 5% credit card processing fee will be imposed on all cancellations and no-shows.
Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night.
• Children below 17 years old are free of accommodation charge when sharing with parents.
• For one adult and one child in a room, the Double rate will apply. The child rate will apply when the child is the third or fourth person. Maximum number of occupants per room is 4 persons including children.
• Above rates are available only by booking through TravelMart Reservations.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
