Cancellation Charges

• Off season: Cancellation penalty of one night if booking is cancelled later than 3 days before check-in date.
. On & Peak seasons: Cancellation penalty of one night if booking is cancelled later than 5 days before check-in date.
• No Show penalty is equivalent to one-night stay.
• A 5% credit card processing fee will be imposed on all cancellations and no-shows.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, and include 11% occupancy tax.
• Children below 12 years old are free of accommodation charge when sharing with parents.
• Above rates are available only by booking through TravelMart Reservations.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, vouchers will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
