Situated on Meyuns Road, Rose Garden Resort is built on what was part of an old volcano. Everything including the walls, floors, beds, etc., is built from Malaysian mahogany timber specially selected from Sabah.

Location

Rose Garden Resort is approximately 7 minutes drive from the heart of Koror, about the same from the major dive operators, and 15 minutes from the Palau International Airport.

Getting around is no great problem. Rose Garden Resort has 2 mini buses with minimal fee of $6 a drop off to down town shops or other restaurants.

Nearby attractions include 2 museums, aquarium, a diving- with-the-dolphins attraction, a small beach about 8 minutes drive away.

There are various tours like the jungle tour to see some of the wildlife including crocodiles. It is quite a good day to hire a car with or without driver and tour the islands including 2 waterfalls; public beaches along this drive too.

Rooms

Rose Garden Resort has 20 rooms for guests. All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable tv, refridgerator/mini bar, tea and coffee facilties, hot shower, toilet and supplied with complimentary amenities pack. All rooms have a balcony with great views.

The rooms are large and have either 1 queen bed, 1 queen and 1 single, or 2 single beds.

Dining Facilities

Restaurant
Food at Rose Garden Resort's restaurant is very good with an extensive local and international menu; with a big emphasis on the biggest steaks on the island and fresh seafood at very reasonable prices.

Many locals come to enjoy the Million Dollar View.

It is open from 6am-2pm and 5pm until 10 or later. The bar is open until late.

Classroom
Our classroom is the prefect, relaxing atmosphere in which to take your courses. Located on the dock with the Rock Islands right outside the window, you will have lectures, watch videos, and talk with your teacher in here. Lunch and snack breaks are at our restaurant just outside.

Rinsing Facilities
After a day of diving, your gear and camera equipment can be rinsed in our specially designed rinsing tub made out of fiberglass, not the usual concrete, to protect your dive gear. We have a separate rinsing tub for cameras.

Gear Room
Our gear room is fully ventilated to allow your gear to dry. And there is a security guard on the premises 24 hours every day, not only to protect our dive shop, but to protect your equipment.
