Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Two (2) Children 12 years old and below are free of accommodation charge, if sharing bed with parents, and have a discount of 20% on food.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• All changes or revisions shall be entertained only up to 9 days prior to check-in date. No changes or revisions shall be entertained if TravelMart is informed less than 9 days prior to check-in date.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
