Dagupan City in Pangasinan has always been surrounded by resorts from nearby towns but it never had one that it can truly call its own. The year was 1999 when the idea of putting up a resort facility came the Arzadon family’s way, one year later, the Leisure Coast Resort opened its doors to the public.

Leisure Coast Resort is owned and operated by the Arzadon Leisure Corporation of Dagupan City, Pangasinan. As early as 1998, the founders began discussing the concept of a resort that would change the landscape of the Bonuan Binloc area. They wanted to build a local facility that would instill pride for Dagupeños and help boost tourism in the city.

On September 2000, the Leisure Coast Resort began operations for its Sabina Restaurant and its two Function halls. Two months later, the 250-yard driving range and outdoor Family Garden Grill were also opened to the public.

Gef’s waterpark opened on December 2000 to the delight of the general public. Since its opening, the waterpark has attracted more than 150,000 visitors through its gates. Today, it continues to be a favorite holiday destination.

The year 2001 saw Leisure Coast Resort opening cabañas (hotel rooms) for its out-of-town guests. The rooms offer convenience coupled with all the amenities and facilities of many first-class hotels. Aside from this, a 9-hole pitch and putt golf course was also constructed.

On February 2005, more developments were opened to the public. Niki's Garden, a garden type function hall was introduced. It instantly became a favorite for engaged couples and their wedding coordinators. At the same time, Ethan's Place began serving our clients who preferred the al fresco dining experience.

Presently, Leisure Coast is planning on adding more cabaña rooms and expanding the current waterpark to add more rides and attractions. Keep on visiting the website for further announcements!

We are proud to announce that we now offer WI-FI internet for our guests via the Airborne Access Network. As the first in the region, we are now part of this growing WI-FI network around the country.

Location

Located on the cusp of the Lingayen Gulf, Leisure Coast Resort is a real tropical paradise. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Metropolitan Dagupan, the resort is set amidst rolling hills and a lush landscape artistically created to soothe and relax.

Leisure Coast Resort is located in Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City. It is a 10 Minute drive from the Downtown Area and is close to the beach.

We are a leisurely 90 minute drive away from Baguio City and a 4 hour drive north of Metro Manila.

Road Directions/How to get there
Route 1:
From the North Luzon Expressway, exit at Tarlac City and continue northwest passing by Camiling, Bayambang, Malasiqui, Calasiao, then Dagupan City proper. Continue north passing by Colegio de Dagupan on the left side and NEPO Mall on the right side of the road. The main road leads to Bonuan Binloc Highway. Turn right and Leisure Coast Resort is on the right side of the road.

Route 2:
Take the North Luzon Expressway and exit at Urdaneta, passing by Manaoag and Mangaldan. Before reaching the bridge that goes to San Fabian, you will see the Bonuan Binloc Highway on the left. Turn to it and Leisure Coast Resort is on the left side of the road.

Dining

Sabina Restaurant
The main dining area is the Sabina Restaurant, which has established a reputation as one of the coziest places to dine in the city. It boasts of sumptuous Filipino, Chinese and other international meals delicately prepared by culinary experts.

Family Garden Grill
The Family Garden Grill offers a unique Filipino experience in the resort. This outdoor haven is one way to spend days and nights enjoying the cool and refreshing ocean breeze. Guests can listen to music while they dine in one of the special kubos or huts that give the area that distinctive Filipiniana look.

Ethan's Place
Ethan's Place was constructed with guests who love al fresco dining in mind.

As the resort was designed to cater to every family member's interests, various facilities were put up to ensure that every visit to the resort was worthwhile.

Gef's Waterpark
A big attraction inside the resort is Gef's Waterpark, the very first of its kind in the province. The waterpark can only be described as one hectare of pure fun and excitement. With its three (3) storey slides, kiddie wading pool, lazy river and main pool, this facility has attracted kids of all ages. Recently, the wave pool opened, only the fourth of its kind in the whole country.

Justin Function Hall
A majestic addition to the resort is the Justin Function Hall. These fully carpeted and elegantly designed function halls are a tribute to the management's commitment of providing the community with facilities that they can be truly be proud of. The function halls can accommodate up to 500 guests at a time. For smaller functions or events, the hall can be divided into two smaller areas.

Seminar Rooms
The resort also has Seminar Rooms reserved specifically for events requiring privacy and concentration. It is equipped with facilities necessary for successful seminars, meetings and other similar functions.

Niki's Garden
Niki's Garden is a garden type function hall.

Videoke Rooms
The resort recently opened the private Videoke Rooms where guests can sing their favorite songs in a comfortable atmosphere in the company of their friends.

Golf Range
As the game of golf has risen in popularity, LEISURE COAST RESORT also allocated a 250-yard driving range to meet the demands of Dagupan's growing number of golf enthusiasts. As in-house golf pro is available for both beginners and regular players. A 9-hole pitch and putt course was designed for guests who want to work on their short game or simply have fun.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Request for early check-in/late check-out must be pre-arranged and confirmed by the Resort through TravelMart.
