Networld Hotel - Manila, Philippines

Officially opened on July 3, 2001, Networld Hotel is a boutique hotel offering uncompromising world-class Japanese service within your reach.

Location

Located along 2 major thoroughfares, Roxas Boulevard and Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Networld Hotel is barely 5 minutes walk away from the World Trade Center and approximately 20 minutes drive from the International and Domestic airports. The hotel is a few blocks away from the Japanese Embassy and just a walking-distance from the Philippine Trade and Training Center. The Cultural Center of the Philippines and Philippine International Convention Center are within the same complex.

Networld Hotel is located on Roxas Boulevard on the corner of Perla Street, near Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue (formerly Buendia Avenue). It is a 15-minute car drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the Manila Domestic airport.

Restaurants, bars, shopping centers and other entertainment centers including the SM Mall of Asia, currently the third largest shopping mall in the world, are easily accessible and within 10 to 15-minute drive from the hotel. About the same distance away are the U.S. Embassy, St. Luke's Medical Center Manila, the Rizal Park and Intramuros (walled city).

How to get to Networld Hotel Manila
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, follow the directions to Roxas Blvd. Turn right, driving north towards Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue. Just after Sen. Gil J. Puyat, is Perla Street. Networld Hotel is on the right side of Roxas Blvd. on the corner of Perla Street.

The 16 Super Deluxe Rooms (6th to 9th floors) come with king size beds good for two adults.

The 6 Royal Rooms (7th to 9th floors) have 2 Semi-double Beds. Three of these corner rooms have a panoramic view of Manila Bay.

The Penthouse (10th floor) have either king size or twin beds.

Café Sampaguita
A café that offers Asian and other international dishes, Café Sampaguita serves buffet breakfast daily from 6:00 AM TO 10:00 AM. Located at the 2nd floor, it is open 24 hours.

Kai Shu Japanese Restaurant
One of the best Japanese restaurants serving authentic Japanese cuisine, with a choice of 550 menu items...specially prepared by our very own Japanese chef. Restaurant features include 16 Tatami VIP Rooms which can accommodate 6 to 120 guests.

• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card)

At least 4 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 4 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
