• WAIVER/INSURANCE
The vehicles are covered by a Comprehensive
Insurance for Own Damage and Theft. The vehicles are
also covered by a maximum Third Party Liability for
Bodily Injury Insurance Coverage of Php 300,000.00
per accident and a maximum Third Party Liability for
Property Damage Insurance Coverage Php 300,000.00
per accident.
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) The
Renter is responsible for the first Php 25,000.00
damage to the rented vehicle but this liability net
of deductible cost, may be waived on payment of an
additional Php 325.00 per day Collision Damage Waiver
(CDW). Thus, the availment by the Renter of a CDW
releases the renter from collision damage liability
on the rented vehicle beyond the Php 5,000.00 Deductible
Cost for compact sedans.
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) cannot be
prorated, thus any portion of the day is charged as
one day.
Personal Accident Insurance
(PAI) The compulsory third party insurance carried
by all NRAC Vehicles cover the driver's liability
for property damage and/or injury to others involved
in an accident, but does not cover his own or that
of his passengers. To give the Renter this additional
cover, a nominal fee of Php 175.00 per day provides
the driver and each passenger (maximum of 4 per car)
a Personal Accident Insurance Coverage of up to Php
200,000.00 each for death/permanent disability and
Php 20,000.00 each for Medical and Treatment resulting
from the accident.
The Personal
Accident Insurance charge cannot be prorated,
thus any portion of the day is charged as one day.
Rates are inclusive of insurance premium for above
vehicle coverage.
• TAX
Rates are inclusive of 3% Common Carrier's
Tax.
• GASOLINE
The vehicles are supplied with a full tank
of fuel, which is refilled at the renter's expense
upon return. If the rented vehicle's fuel gauge at
check-in is lower that at check-out, a Php 150.00 Refeuling
Service Fee will be charged.
• MAINTENANCE
The quoted rates cover full maintenance of
the vehicle including normal servicing and oil change.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, TravelMart must
be notified immediately for service or replacement.
• REQUIRED DEPOSIT
Car Rental by Self-Drive requires a US$ 260 deposit. This deposit is refundable upon return of the car, less charges (i.e., car damage, extra hour charge, etc.), if any.
• PAYMENT
• Above rates are in US Dollars per car, inclusive of taxes
and service charge.
• TravelMart.net's specially
pre-discounted internet rates can only be availed
if booked through our web site. • Rates may change without prior notice. Please check
rates in force at the time of rental. • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in
date and issuance of voucher(s). • Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of
booking. • Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.

Terms and Conditions
• INCLUSIONS
Rates include 24 hours use of the vehicles
within Metro Manila; chauffeur's service is up to
maximum of 9 hours per day; and full coverage of insurance.
In excess of 9 hours of chauffeur service per day,
there shall be a charge of Php 225.00 per hour.
• OUT-OF-TOWN FEE
The following Out-of-Town Fee per day will
be charged for any trip outside Metro Manila:
a) WORKING DAY (exclude overnight stay) = Php
500.00
b) FULL DAY (with overnight stay) = Php 850.00
Out-of-Town is defined as areas beyond the
following boundaries:
North: Valenzuela, Bulacan
South: Las Piñas, Alabang, Muntinlupa
East: Pasig, Marikina
• PARKING AND TOLL FEES
Parking and toll fees shall be the responsibility
of the renter.
• TAX
Rates are inclusive of 3% Common Carrier's
Tax.
• GASOLINE
