Parque España Residence Hotel is the first residential hotel in Filinvest Alabang, Muntinlupa. Opened in March 2000, it is managed by Hospitality International, Inc. with a vision to provide quality alternatives to conventional hotels and resorts in the Philippines.

Whether you're staying for a day, a week, a month, or indefinitely, Parque España has a package designed especially for guests' discriminating taste. All units come fully furnished, and include resident services such as housekeeping, laundry, massage, room service and transportation assistance. Our units are spacious and were designed for residential use. Making them more comfortable and ideal for long term stays. Available are one (1) bedroom suites (60sqm), two (2) bedroom suites (90sqm), and three (3) bedroom suites (120sqm). Any package you choose guarantees you the luxury and ease of hotel life, with the privacy and warmth of home.

Location

Parque España Residence Hotel is in Filinvest Alabang in Muntinlupa City, located at the southern tip of Metro Manila, Philippines. It is minutes away from Alabang commercial centers and shopping malls, and is a short distance from the Calabarzon Industrial Area and Makati Central Business District.

Our units are spacious and were designed for residential use, making them more comfortable and ideal for long term stays. We have a mix of one (1) bedroom suites (60sqm), two (2) bedroom suites (90sqm), and three (3) bedroom suites (120sqm).

90 square meters (969 square feet), with 2 separate bedrooms (one with double bed and the other has twin beds), common bathroom with hot and cold shower, maid's room with own toilet and bath, living room with cable TV, dining table for 4, kithen with refrigerator, 4-plate electric range and a provision for washing machine

Three-Bedroom Suites
120 square meters (1,292 square feet), with 3 separate bedrooms (king bed in the master's bedroom, double bed in the second, and single bed in the third bedroom), private toilet and bathroom with hot and cold shower in the master's bedroom, common bathroom with hot and cold shower for the other two rooms, maid's room with own toilet and bath, living room with cable TV, dining table for 8, kithen with refrigerator, 4-plate electric range and a provision for washing machine

Dining Facilities

Parque España Residence Hotel boasts the Bistro del Cielo restaurant, offering international cuisine. This restaurant located at the hotel's roofdeck is also a venue for various functions such as meetings, trainings and seminars for up to 40 persons and up to 80 persons for parties. Additional facilities available on offer are the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, also found at the roofdeck.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night based on specified occupancy, with above indicated inclusions.
• Up to two (2) children 9 years old and below are free of accommodation charge if staying with parents.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card)

Paid and confirmed reservation	5% of the total amount paid
At least 7 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 7 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid
