any of our 8 function rooms. We have venues with seating capacity
ranging from 5 to 500 people.
The Grand Ballroom holds a simple, old world elegance perfect
for weddings. The Sampaguita Hall is conducive for conventions
or seminars, and romantic, open-air get-togethers await you
at the Fiesta Garden. For business conferences and the like,
swap ideas and concepts in our Bilaho Room, Cafe Hacienda, Quedan
Room, Farmers Room or the Planter's Den.

Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night based on double occupancy, with above indicated inclusions.
• Two (2) children ten (10) years old and below are free of charge when staying with parents. Children eleven (11) years old and above shall be considered adults and charged extra bed rates.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
