Baguio, with its lush pine-scented hills and cool refreshing climate is an ideal venue for education, training, conferences and conventions. After the turn-over of Camp John Hay to the Philippine government in 1991, Asian Institute of Management was given the opportunity to locate its first major off-site training facility in the city. It is now known as the AIM Conference Center Baguio, or more commonly known as the Igorot Lodge.

The AIM Conference Center Baguio (Igorot Lodge) is fully refurbished to house conference participants, corporate guest and visitors. It offers twenty-seven (27) hotel-type rooms plus a modern caseroom and a multi-purpose hall.

Location

Settled on a hill within Camp John Hay, AIM Conference Center Baguio (Igorot Lodge) has a panoramic view of the Club's sprawling Golf Course. It is within a walking distance to the Camp John Hay Club House, the 7th Tee Off, and the Commissary.

Situated along Loakan Road, AIM Conference Center Baguio (Igorot Lodge) is a 10-minute drive from Baguio City's Loakan airport.

Rooms

Each of the twenty-seven (27) twin-bedded rooms is equipped with toilet and bath with hot and cold water, study table, mini-bar, refrigerator and cable television. And, as each room offers a view of the Camp John Hay Golf Course, guests are treated to the relaxing feel Baguio is well known for.

The Caseroom
The Caseroom is an enclosed ampi-theater which can comfortably accommodate up to eighty (80) participants. The room stimulates the case method of learning in an appropriately equipped setting. Equipped with standard conference and computer equipment, it is also acoustically designed to provide efficient and productive interaction and exchange of ideals among participants.

Multi-Purpose Hall
The Multi-purpose Hall is the ideal venue for social events, conference breathers, creative workshops and discussions. For conventioneers, its view of the Camp John Hay Golf Course and pine woods has always been relaxing and inspirational.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• There is no charge for children under twelve (12) years old when sharing the room with the adults.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 12 noon. Requests for early check-in/ late check-out will be subject to approval.
