Take MILITARY CUT-OFF ROAD straight to SOUTH DRIVE then turn left to ILLUSORIO DRIVE. Upon reaching PACDAL CIRCLE, take ROMULO DRIVE (along which you will see The Mansion on your right) then turn left to Julian Felipe Street.

Inclusions: • Room accommodation • Complimentary daily set breakfast served only at the restaurant from 7am-10am (no room service for breakfast). Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, applicable for single or double occupancy, or stipulated number of persons, with above indicated inclusions.
• Children below 12 years old are free of accommodation charge if sharing room with parents (no breakfast, no bed and bathroom accessories).
• Breakfast is complimentary for registered checked-in guests. As breakfast is complimentary, such meal is served not as room service or as a packed meal but is served daily at the hotel restaurant from 7am-10am only. Last call for breakfast is at 9:30am. The hotel restaurant closes at 10am and resumes at 11:30am for regular restaurant fare.
• Breakfast stubs must be claimed at the Front Office by the guest to be presented to dining staff prior to ordering or partaking of the breakfast. For monitoring and check and balance purposes, the dining staff is discouraged from getting the breakfast stubs from the Front Office.
• Breakfast menu for the day is subject to availability of food supplies.
• In case the number of registered checked-in guests in the hotel premise equals or exceeds the number required to serve breakfast on a buffet service, the hotel restaurant will serve breakfast on a managed buffet service and dishes to be served follows hotel policy. No other breakfast dishes are to be served aside from those specified for the day.
• Last call for all food and beverage is at 8:30pm. The dining area closes at 9pm.
• Rates are not applicable for corporate events (live-in or live-out conferences, meetings, etc.) and social events (birthdays, weddings, etc).
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
• Hotel rules and regulations apply during stay.
