Acuatico Beach Resort, Batangas - Philippines

The newest “AAA” resort in the coastal town of Laiya in San Juan, Batangas, Acuatico Beach Resort opened in May 2008. Highlights include an infinity swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a kiddie pool and a floating pool bar where you can relax while enjoying the cool breeze of the sea.

Location

Acuatico Beach Resort is located in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas, about 72 kilometers south of Manila. It is about two and half to three hours drive from Manila. Laiya in San Juan is known for its white beaches and snorkeling sites.

How to get to Acuatico Beach Resort
From the South Luzon Expressway, take the Batangas Exit driving for about 6.5 kilometers and proceeding towards the STAR Tollway. From the STAR Tollway, drive approximately 20 kilometers and take the Tambo Exit.

Watch out for the landmarks: La Salle Lipa and Robinsons on the left and a Petron gas station on the right. When you reach the junction with McDonald’s, take the road on the right (C.M. Recto Avenue). Upon reaching Mercury Drug Store turn right at the corner (P. Torres Street). Drive 8.5 kilometers towards Padre Garcia town. Watch out for the road sign on the left; turn left on that road going to Padre Garcia town market.

After passing the Padre Garcia town market/shopping center, immediately turn right and drive about 4.5 kilometers where the road merges with one coming from Rosario. Continue driving towards San Juan which is approximately 19 kilometers.

When you see the sign leading to the Batangas Racing Circuit, turn left and head straight for San Juan town proper. Immediately after the Municipal Hall of San Juan, turn right to the main road of Laiya. From San Juan Municipal Hall, Acuatico Beach Resort is about 25 kilometers.

The Restaurant serves Filipino and American cuisine, and can seat up to 150 diners.

The Floating Bar located beside the Infinity Pool offers refreshing drinks.

There is a multi-purpose hall for gatherings of small groups. There is also Wi-Fi connection. A power generator is on standy-by. A spa and a fitness center are on the list of improvements to be developed. Guest services include massage services and laundry services.

Day tours and activities like snorkelling are within easy access from the Resort.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Children 7 years old and below are free of accommodation charge if sharing room and bed with parents.
• Rates are not applicable for conventions, conference and incentive groups.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 1 pm. Check-out time is 11 am.

Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card)

At least 4 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 4 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable unless TravelMart and the Resort are notified at least 5 days prior to check-in date.
