From South Luzon Expressway, take Batangas exit, and drive pass the towns of Sto. Domingo, Tanuan and Malvar. When you get to Lipa City, you will be greeted by a welcome arch. Do not turn left to Lipa town proper, but rather turn right. About 5 kilometers from the arch, you will pass by Lipa City Hall and SM City Lipa (shopping mall) on the right side (north side) of the main road. Just across SM City Lipa (after about 300 meters from Lipa City Hall) is the Hotel La Corona de Lipa.

• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 12 noon. Requests for early check-in/late check-out are subject to approval.
• Booking Revisions Policy:
- During Lean Months (May to August): Seven (7) days prrior to check in/arrival date
- During Peak Months (September to April): Nine (9) days prrior to check in/arrival date
