How to get to Matabungkay Beach Resort and Hotel From the Sta. Rosa Toll Exit of South Luzon Expressway, turn right and drive about 21.8 km to Econo Inn. Then turn right and drive 2.7 km to Tagaytay Rotonda. Go straight 36.6 km until you reach Palico Junction, passing by Tagaytay-Mendez Junction and Tagaytay-Nasugbo Junction. Upon reaching Palico Junction, turn right and drive 5.3 km to Sagbat Junction, where there is a Shell Gas Station. Turn left and drive 12.5 km to Altura Junction, passing by Lian Town Proper. From Altura Junction, turn right and drive 1.5 km to Bourbon Junction. On Bourbon Junction, turn left and drive another half a kilometer to Matabungkay Beach Resort Hotel.

• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Check out between 2pm to 6pm shall be charged Half-day based on confirmed rate. Check out beyond 6pm shall be charged Whole-day based on confirmed rate.
• In case of a Force Majeure, such as labor dispute, natural disaster, war or other causes beyond control, the Hotel and TravelMart shall not be held liable for failure to comply with any of the above.
• Bringing of food and beverages, cooking utensils are strictly not allowed. Otherwise, Corkage Fee shall be charged.
