Terms and Conditions • Rates are in US Dollars per person, with above indicated inclusions. • These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos. • Rates may change without prior notice. • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed. • Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking. • Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest. • A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges. • Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored. • If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied. • Check-in time is 7 am. Check-out time is 5 pm. • In case of a Force Majeure, such as labor dispute, natural disaster, war or other causes beyond control, the Hotel and TravelMart shall not be held liable for failure to comply with any of the above. • Bringing of food and beverages, cooking utensils are strictly not allowed. Otherwise, Corkage Fee shall be charged.
