Terms and Conditions • Rates are in US Dollars per person per tour, with above mentioned inclusions. • These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program. • Rates may change without prior notice. • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed. • Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking. • Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest. • A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges. • Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored. • If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied. • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card) At least 7 days prior to tour date 5% of the total amount paid Less than 7 days prior to tour date 1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid No Show 1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid Shortened Stay Unused amount is non-refundable.
