Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored. • If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied. • One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements. • There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Request for early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged and confirmed. • Force Majeure: TravelMart and the hotel shall not be liable for failure to comply with this Agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, naturals disaster or other causes beyond the control of the management.
