Location

Panglao Island Nature Resort is in Panglao Island, a 15-minute trip by land from downtown Tagbilaran City, and an hour and a half by fast ferry from Cebu City.

The Restaurant features Filipino, Continental, and Oriental Dishes, in a relaxed, elegant beachfront setting. Open from 5:00AM until 11:00PM, it can accommodate up to 50 persons.

The Sea view Gazebo & Garden view Gazebo are open from 5:00AM until 11:00PM, and can accommodate up to 20 persons each.

The Bar lets you slowly sip a cool drink accompanied by the sound of gently rolling surf. Open until 2:00AM.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
* Single - applies to one adult occupying a room by himself/herself
Twin/Double - applies to two persons sharing a room with each other
Twiple - applies to three persons sharing a room with each other
• Maximum of 2 children per room is allowed. Crib for infant is provided free of charge.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2:30 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. The resort can not guarantee for ready rooms for early arrivals. Request for late check-out will be subject to room availability on departure day.

Cancellation Charges

Low Season:
• 10 days prior to guests' arrival date shall be subject to 50% of the total charges.
• 3 day prior to arrival date and NO SHOW shall be subject to 100% of the total charges.

High Season:
• 18 to 8 days prior to check-in date shall be subject to 50% of the total charges.
• 8 days & below prior to arrival date shall be subject to 75% of the total charges.
• NO SHOWS shall be charged equivalent to 100% of the total charges.

Peak Season:
• 25 to 18 days prior to check-in date shall be subject to 50% of the total charges.
• 17 to 10 days prior to check-in date shall be subject to 75% of the total charges.
• 9 days & below prior to arrival date shall be subject to 100% of the total charges.
• NO SHOWS shall be charged equivalent to 100% of the total charges.

If in-house guests decide to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights shall be non-refundable.
Inclusions not availed of are non-deductible, non-refundable & non-convertible to cash.
