The thirty-four room Pearl of the Pacific Boracay Resort & Spa seats on a seven (7)-hectare beach and mountain lot. Shaded by coconut and fruit-bearing trees and tropical rainforest like gardens, the resort is comprised of a five (5) 2-3 storey building-enclaves Mediterranean style. Two of these house the guest rooms located in the garden area each with verandahs offering splendid view. The third will house the future reception, lobby, karaoke bar, gameroom, gift shop and business center strategically located at the foot of the hill.
The Maharlika Executive Suite Building is located in the absolute beachfront area offering a cosmopolitan luxuries like airconditioned rooms, fully tiled and marbled toilets with hot & cold water, refrigerator, cable TV, international direct dialing phone and furnishings exclusively designed by one the countries top designer and exporter of quality furnitures. Beside it, is the main restaurant building, Princesa Rita restaurant-an enchanting Alfresco restaurant specialty of which are seafood and grills and the Principe Alberto Bar for Drinks, cocktails, coolers and fruit shakes. A Function/Conference Hall which can accommodate 60-100 persons, perfect for watching Boracay's famous sunset as it commands a panoramic view of the whole beach is located at the Mezzanine of the hallway between the restaurant and the suite-room building.
The last building houses Deluxe Rooms- - complete with aircon, cable TV, fully-tiled and marbled toilets with hot and cool water and an International Direct Dialing phone and two (2) Suite Rooms at the hillside with a lush tropical garden and cascading man-made waterfalls into a pond towards the garden area. Atop the hill arise two-layered swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and a Club House with a health spa and sauna bath. A flight of steps for the guests from the garden area to hike up the hill to enjoy all these and savor the breathtaking view of the beach from the top. Mini vans to service the guests are available from the beachfront to the hillside and vice-versa.

Pearl of the Pacific Boracay Resort & Spa is located at Bo. Balabag, Boracay Island near the widely photographed rock on the beach between three sections of the island: Manoc-Manoc in the south and Yapac in the north. It has a wide mature garden blending in with the sun, sea, sand and coconut trees.
How To Get There
Air travel time from Manila to Caticlan Airport by reliable scheduled commuter aircraft, Asian Spirit (6K) and SEAir(BG), is about one (1) hour. From the airport to the Caticlan jetty port is a short hop of one-half (1/2) kilometer by the resort van or mini-bus. A native motorized outrigger boat or 'banca' servicing the resort exclusively takes you from the jetty port to the resort in about twenty (20) minutes. Air charters from Manila and other points can be arranged.
The principal domestic airlines, Philippine Airlines (PR), Cebu Pacific (5J) and Air Philippines (2P), operate several flights daily from Manila to the capital town of Kalibo, from where you can take an air-conditioned tour bus to Caticlan jetty port. The road trip from Kalibo is about two (2) hours over excellent roads. During peak travel season, Philippine Airlines operates shuttle flights from Cebu City's Mactan International Airport.
The Pearl of the Pacific Boracay Resort & Spa offers sixty well-appointed guest rooms and suites: nineteen standard rooms, thirty deluxe rooms and eleven suites, all fully air-conditioned, with verandahs overlooking the beach, garden or coconut grove, shaded by coconut and fruit-bearing trees and tropical rainforest-like gardens, and furnitures designed by Budji Layug.
The rooms are a haven of style and comfort: beautiful furniture, a complete modern bath, cable TV, air-conditioning, international Direct Dial telephone, and a balcony with a view from which you can enjoy breakfast.

Maharlika Suites offer you an excess of style and comfort. Relax in the luxury of marble tiled bathrooms and temperature controlled air-conditioning. There is also a minibar on the suites.
The beachfront Princess Rita Restaurant, with white washed walls, soft wood lighting, and piped in music allows diners to enjoy both fine international cuisine as well as exotic native delicacies.
Right next door to the restaurant, the Principe Alberto Bar offers tropical cocktails, juices, fruit shakes, hard drinks, native ice cream, and of course, our world-famous locally produced beer.
The Lobby Lounge is set in a semi al fresco elegance. It is perfect for coffee, fruit shakes, or dinner by the sea.

The Pearl Room is our multi-purpose function hall overlooking a magnificent view of the sea. Perfect for company seminars and conferences, it comfortably accommodates 75 people. And, for a bit of company fun, it even doubles as a Karaoke Bar.
Management has created something that soothes the spirit - A chapel designed by architect Fransisco Manosa and dedicated to Mary mother and queen of all nations will soon be discovered in the middle of the resort's tropical forest.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above mentioned inclusions.
• Maximum of 2 children 12 years old and below in the room are free of accommodation charge if sharing with adults.
Transfers (half of adult rate), meals and drinks are to be charged accordingly. Infants are free of charge in the room. Baby Cot is free of charge. Please request upon booking so that proper endorsement to the Resort can be made.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
