Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• A child 10 years old or below sharing bed with at least 2 adults can stay in the room free of charge. Two (2) kids 10 years old or below sharing room at least 1 adult are considered 1 adult. Children ages 11 years and above are considered adults. A child 3-10 years old with free accommodation is required to pay for the round trip transfers in full rate. Breakfast is optional.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 1pm. Check-out time is 11am.

Cancellation Charges

Less than 4 days prior to check-in date	The total amount paid is non-refundable.
