The Tides Boracay is located in the heart of D'Mall, Boat Station 2 (the area with the highest foot traffic in the island). It is
1 minute walk to and from the beach and the main road (approx. 50 meters).
How To Get There
A plane ride from Manila or Cebu International Airports may take guests to Caticlan or Kalibo. If coming from Kalibo, a 90-minute land trip will take guests to get to Caticlan.
From Caticlan, take a boat ride and get off at Station 2.
It is highly recommended that guests book their airport transfers especially during High and Peak Season.

Terms and Conditions

• Children below 12 years old sharing beds with parents shall be Free of charge. Children 12 years old and above shall be considered adults and shall be charged the Extra Person rate.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
