In 1994, a solid group of investors, Filipino and foreign, launched a condo-type resthouse manned by first-rate hoteliers. The place, the very first Mount Sea Resort (MSR), became a must-visit vacation spot in Rosario, Cavite. Soon, MSR expanded to include a family pool with playground-type slides and other areas such as an a concert park.
In 2001, the people responsible for the success of MSR decided to create a new resort in Tanza, Cavite. This time, the resort would highlight globalization—a businessman’s hotel complete with five-star amenities/facilities and a spectacular seafront. This dream resort would be known as Mount Sea Grand Resort, the penultimate experience in R&R.

From the South Luzon Expressway, take the Carmona
exit to go to Governor's Drive. Or if coming from Aguinaldo Highway, turn right (west) to Governor's Drive. Upon reaching Naic, turn right until you reach Tanza Road; then after about 1 kilometer, on the left of the road is Capipisa Road. Follow the signs to Mount Sea Grand Resort.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Children below 12 years old and sharing with parents are free of accommodation charge; maximum of 2 children per room.

• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
