Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, good for double occupancy, inclusive of taxes, service charge and buffet breakfast.
• Children twelve (12) years old and below, sharing room and bed with parents are free of charge, maximum of two (2) children.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. For check-out beyond 2 pm, a half-day charge shall be imposed and a whole-day charge on check-out beyond 6 pm.
• The Hotel and TravelMart shall not be held liable for failure to carry out the terms of this agreement in case of fortuitous event, labor dispute and Acts of God.
