Situated just in front of the University of Southern Philippines (USP), Crowne Garden Hotel offers superior accommodation for travellers, tourists, and visiting students, alike. The surrounding area is a favorite destination for dining because of its many restaurants.

Location

Crowne Garden Hotel is located at Salinas Drive in Lahug, Cebu City. Crowne Garden Hotel is only 1-2 minutes away by automobile from Waterfront and Asia IT Town.

How to get there
From Cebu's International Airport in Mactan Island, there are rent-a-car services and taxis that typically cost around 350 to 450 pesos (approx. 7 to 10 USD). Travel time is 30 minutes in medium traffic conditions.

Special Note: If you are unfamiliar with Cebu City, car rental (with driver) is preferred, because of street name changes that some people (including taxi drivers) are still not accustomed to.

Crowne Garden Hotel has 95 rooms currently available for occupancy, with additional rooms to be opened. 35 Standard Rooms, 38 Deluxe Rooms, 16 Superior Rooms, 4 Family Rooms, an Ambassadorial Suite and a Presidential Suite. CGH also has 2 function rooms and a Grand Ballroom.

Dining Facilities

Crowne Garden Hotel has its very own restaurant. It serves varied cuisine at affordable price.

Guests can also dine at the many restaurants along Salinas Drive, at JY Square Mall, at Waterfront and at Asia IT Town. Well-known eating establishments include McDonald's and Chow King over at JY Square. Asia IT Town has a Jollibee and a Starbucks.

The following restaurants are within so close walking distance that taxi drivers will be surprised if you flag them down to take you there: Jo's Inato (native), Goodah Gud (native), Sen Ryu (Japanese), Ching's Palace (Chinese), Golden Cowrie (native) and more. Sunflower City, one of the biggest if not the biggest disco/resto bar in Cebu City is only a half-minute to a minute by car ride.

Two (2) function rooms are available, each able to accommodate up to 50 people. Gatherings for up to 250 people can be held in the Grand Ballroom. In addition to a restaurant, Mismatch Internet Cafe is also located on the premises where guests can surf the web for about PHP 20 per hour.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Children 5 years old and below can stay in their parents' room at no additional cost.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges

At least 5 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 5 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable.
