Hotel Fortuna, the newest and modern hotel in downtown, offers it guests the ultimate and homely vacation experience. The seven-story hotel can accommodate around 350 persons and has 48 well-appointed rooms. The commercial area, the fastfood chains and the historical markers of Cebu City are nearby. SM City and Ayala Center are easily accessible from the hotel.

Location

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Cebu City's business district and blocks away fron the seat of power, the Cebu City Hall. It is also ideally situated between the intersection of the busy streets of A. Borromeo and Magallanes. The new building which houses the hotel is also the same place where the first bakery once stood.

Two significant neighbors of the hotel includes the crowded flea market of Carbon and the prestigious University of San Jose Recoletos. On the other end of Magallanes Street lies the Magallanes Branch of Cebu La Fortuna Bakery where it is surrounded by the historic Basilica Minore de Sto. Niño and the Magellan's Cross.

Across the other side of the road is the Cebu City Hall. It is a three-minute ride from the port area, 10 minutes from the Cebu Provincial Capitol, and 25 minutes from the Mactan Cebu International Airport by shuttle bus or taxi ride.

Average transportation fare is approximately Php500 ($8-10) for a one-way taxi ride to the airport. Basic fare for public jeepneys starts at Php 6.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Maximum two (2) Children 12 years old and below sharing bed with parents are free of charge.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 1pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Request for early check-in is subject to room availability.

Cancellation Charges

Less than 5 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
