Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Children 12 years and below are free of charge on room accommodations.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or anytime before 2:00 p.m. depending on the availability of the room(s). Check-out time is 12 noon.
• For early arrivals and departures, an arrangement should be made or advised to facilitate the booking and other matters.
• Late check-out is until 1:00 pm only. However, late check-out is only granted when there are no prior bookings/reservations made for the room(s).
• Additional charges for extended stay are as follows:
- Until 3:00 p.m. - 1/3 of room rate
- Until 6:00 p.m. - 1/2 of room rate
- After 6:00 p.m. - full rate
