Montebello Villa Hotel is a picturesque villa on a 5-hectare hacienda, reflecting the richness and charm of Cebu's Hispanic heritage. Close enough to the busy city atmosphere yet distant enough to feel at ease with the world and with nature.

Location

Montebello Villa Hotel is a short walk from the shopping mall, cinemas, banks and a few minutes away from a golf course, commercial complex and a casino. Montebello Villa Hotel has easy access to the Mactan International Airport and the white beaches of historic Mactan Island.

Montebello Villa Hotel has 145 well-appointed guest rooms and suites, the hotel features a wide choice of native and international cuisine in its restaurants, bars, and café, business facilities and choice functions rooms for wedding receptions, seminars, banquets and conventions.

Approximately 20 sq. m; air-conditioned and fully carpeted with private toilet, bath and shower, hot and cold water, cable TV, piped-in music, telephone. Maximum of two (2) persons.

• Poolside Restaurant - Take a light snack while enjoying the afternoon breeze and listening to the birds chirping. It offers a magnificent view of the swimming pool and garden with the Bridge of Love.
• El Jardin - Savour the house specialty Spanish cuisine as well as other delectable delights in an intimate setting with views of the garden. Open daily for lunch from 11:00 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. A fully air-conditioned and non-smoking restaurant.
• Cafe Bougainvillea - Enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book or simply admire the greenery and colorful bougainvilleas. Offers a selection of snacks and sandwiches. Open 24 hours daily.
• Poolside Bar / Pool Walk - A perfect place for winding down your day and enjoy your favorite cocktails and other beverages under the stars. Open daily from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
• Vamonos Restobar - Kick back and relax in a cozy atmosphere while sipping a drink and enjoying to soft music. Tex-Mex dishes are also served. Open Mondays to Saturdays from 6:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, taxes and service charge.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Extensions:
- Guest will be charged per hour in excess of the standard check-out time
- US$ 5.00 net per hour will be charged to the guest (conversion to Philippine peso will depend on the prevailing airline rate).
- Extensions will be subject to room availability.

Cancellation Charges

At least 6 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 6 days prior to check-in date	Total amount paid is non-refundable.
No Show	Total amount paid is non-refundable.
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable.
