Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, taxes and service charge.
• Children below 12 years old are free of charge, if sharing room and bed with parents, maximum two (2) children per room.
• Buffet Breakfast is for up to a maximum of two (2) persons per room.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. The hotel shall allow late check-out until 2 pm without additional charge if room is available and pre-arrangement has been made. Otherwise, a half-day charge will be imposed. Check-out beyond 6 pm will be charged the whole-day rate.
Cancellation Charges
