The Royal floor is located at the 8th floor, No smoking and handicap rooms available, Two food beverage outlets are available at the ground and 2nd floors, An entertainment outlet is located at the top floor, Function and conference halls come in various sizes to accommodate banquets for up to 400 persons and conventions of up to 700 people.

The Pasag Grill at the third floor showcases Davao's rich bounty of sea foods and grilled delights. It has a seating capacity of 100 persons.

The hotel's main attraction is the Summit Bar, fast becoming the most happening place for redefined entertainment in Davao City, with its mysterious Egyptian allure interfacing with top-of-the-line lights and sound system. Top local bands performing  at the Summit Bar located at the eight floor of tower two. The Summit Bar can seat up to 300 persons. Open from Wednesdays to Saturdays from 6:00pm to 2:00 am.

The Smokers' Café at the Kamayo Café area, intended for smokers but giving non-smokers a break at the same time. Enclosed in glass, the smoking room lets guests light up without having to sacrifice comfort and ambience.

The Royal Ballroom at the ground floor can accommodate a maximum of 350 persons for banquet sets and 600 people for theater type functions. The Royal Ballroom is ideal for wedding receptions. With it's chandeliers and other features that speak of class and elegance, the Royal Ballroom is your choice when it comes to grand events.

On the second floor, we have 5 medium sized function rooms namely Rajah & Datu, each with a capacity of 40 persons, Sultan with 140 persons, Maharlika with a capacity of 25 persons, and Hari with a capacity of 60. All seating capacity is based on theater set up. The Kadayawan Hall and The Kanato Hall are perfect for product presentations and meetings with a maximum of 150 persons(seating capacity) and 70 persons respectively.

The Lantawan Hall,  nestled at the top floor of the nine-story hotel, it offers a breath-taking view of the city and beyond, giving you the feeling of floating on air as you hold your wedding, debut, party, or meeting. The spacious function room can accommodate 800 persons, making it perfect for any event you can think of.
