Location

Situated in the heart of General Santos City, the hotel is just in front of the Mindanao State University in General Santos City; and only a short 20-minute ride away from both the international and domestic airports as well as the city's financial districts, shopping malls, like the Gaisano Mall, the Gen. Santos City Fishport Complex, and convention and exhibit centers.

General Santos City is located in Region XI or Southern Mindanao, at the southernmost tip of the archipelago, with bearings 530' to 640' North Latitude and 12415' to 12545' East Latitude.

East Asia Royale Hotel has 104 well-appointed guest rooms with hot and cold water, color cable-ready TV, NDD/IDD telephone, minibar, and private bathroom with Jacuzzi in selected Deluxe and Suite rooms. Superior rooms, Deluxe rooms and Suites have each a refrigerator. Guests at Standard rooms may request for a refrigerator for a minimal fee, at the time of booking.

Standard Room (83 units)
2 double beds - can conveniently accommodate a maximum of 4 persons (2 in a bed) - third and fourth persons must pay the extra person rates.

Superior Room (8 units)
1 ordinary matrimonial with receiving area and a refrigerator (up to 3 persons) - third person must pay the extra bed rate.

Deluxe Rooms (5 units)
1 king size bed with sofa bed, Jacuzzi, and a refrigerator (up to 3 persons) - third person must pay the extra person rate.

Suite (3 units)
1 king size bed with sofa bed, Jacuzzi, dinette, kitchen setup and a refrigerator (up to 3 persons) - third person must pay the extra person rate.

Dining Facilities

You may indulge yourself with the delightful cuisine: the best steaks and seafood at the side of Mindanao, at the Kalilangan Coffee Shop and Restaurant; for all-day fine dining, and 24-hour room service.

Not far, and also within the compound are Giacominos Pizza Station, Dimsum Diner, and Sunset Cafe.

Other Facilities, Amenities and Services

For the convenience of our guests, we have two arcades located within the compound, wherein located is a Beauty Salon, Laundry Shop, Convenience Store, Billiard Hall, KTV Bar, billiard hall, the Giacominos Pizza Station, Kalilangan Coffee Shop and Restaurant, Dimsum Diner, Sunset Cafe and other concessionaires.

We also have three fully air-conditioned and wall-to-wall-carpeted function rooms. If the divisions are removed, the three rooms make up the Grand Royale Ballromm with a maximum capacity of 120 people.

The Piano Bar at the second floor has a maximum capacity of 60 people.

The Babes Bar (located at the second floor of Arcade One)
Enjoy listening and dancing to the beat of non-stop disco party music, featuring the city's top DJ's performing LIVE every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Drawing a crowd from all age groups, the Babes Bar can accommodate up to 180 people.

Computer rental, facsimile, photocopying and other secretarial services are provided at the Business Centre.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• Maximum of 2 children below 12 years old are free of charge when sharing a room and using existing beddings with adults.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
