AIM Conference Center Manila is located right in the center of Makati City, a five-minute walking distance from Greenbelt Center and Ayala Avenue, and a fifteen-minute drive to Malate and Ortigas (without traffic). AIM Conference Center Manila is situated right beside a mini park, and surrounded by embassies, shopping malls and business offices. It is about 6 kilometers (45-minute drive) from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and the Manila Domestic Airport.
How to get there
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, drive towards EDSA, turning left at Pasay Road. Upon reaching Trasierra St., turn right. Coming from Pasay Road, AIM Conference Center Manila's entrance to the basement parking is on the right side of Trasierra St.
At the AIM Conference Center Manila, we offer 106 Executive Room accommodations for the discerning business traveller. We combined the comforts of home with the up to date IT features to suit the demands of our guests. Rooms are equipped with dataports providing easy internet access for laptop users.

Conference Facilities
We take pride in our ability to host events from meetings for 10 to conferences for 500 or more. Over the yearsm we have successfully rendered service to the most discriminating clients, whether local or international.
We offer 15 various meeting rooms, from a small boardroom to a spacious conference hall. We set-up based on the client's needs, from classroom to banquets or pure theather.
We also offer more than just the ordinary. Our caserooms can sit an audience of 80 persons.

Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• There is no charge for children under twelve (12) years old when sharing the room with the adults.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 12 noon. Check-out time is 12 noon.
