Location

BSA Mansion may appear to be away from it all since it is found in a “quieter” area in Legaspi Village, in Makati. However, a 3-minute stroll will lead you to Greenbelt II, part of the trendiest place in Ayala Center. BSA Mansion is also conveniently located next to Asian Institute of Management and other key offices thus, making Makati Cinema Square and other nearby malls and shops a bonus attraction for guests. The Metro Rail Transit Ayala Station is just a 9-minute walk away while guests can reach the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in 30 minutes by car.

From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, proceed to Edsa. Turn left on Ayala Avenue, then turn left on Paseo de Roxas. From Paseo de Roxas, right turn to Gamboa St., then turn left to Salcedo St. Finally, turn right to Benavidez St. BSA Mansion is on the left side of the street in front of Prudentialife Bldg.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, inclusive of taxes, service charge, set breakfast and above mentioned inclusions.
• Two (2) Children 12 years old and below are FREE OF CHARGE - Room Only (no breakfast, no bed)
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card)
