Location

Located along P. Burgos Street, Citadel Inn Makati is an easy 30minutes drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and the Manila Domestic Airport. The Hotel is walking distance to various bars and restaurant along P. Burgos and Jupiter Street, within walking distance to the business and shopping area including the city's major hotels, banks, airlines offices and restaurant.

Rooms

All rooms are equipped with complete living, dining and kitchen facilities, cable TV, IDD phone, mini-bar and ensuite bath. Suite rooms have a separate door for the bedroom as well as a living room and dining area.

Studio Room
Our studio is simple but, in itself, is a complete home experience. With its mini-kitchen, coffee-making facilities, refrigerator, hot & cold shower, air-conditioning unit, international and domestic direct dialing phones. Guests can choose from rooms with 2 single beds or with one double bed. Floor Area: 30 square meters

One Bedroom Suite
Guests can choose from rooms with one double bed or two single beds. Floor Area: 60 square meters

Two Bedroom Suite
Each unit has one double bed in each of the two rooms. There is one bathroom at the Master bedroom and one at the common area. Floor Area: 80 square meters

Three Bedroom Suite
Each unit has one double bed in each of the three rooms, the Master bedroom has a bathroom and there is another bathroom at the common area. Floor Area: 110 square meters

One-Bedroom Suite, Two-Bedroom Suite, Three-Bedroom Suite

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, based on double occupancy in Studio and in One Bedroom Suite, two to four persons in Two Bedroom Suite, and three to six persons in Three Bedroom Suite; inclusive of taxes and service charge. Triple Occupancy is applicable toe One Bedroom Suite only.
• Children below 12 years old are free of charge, maximum of 2 children in the room sharing existing bed set up.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s) Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed..
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Half day rate will be charged for early check-in or late check-out unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Charges

At least 4 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 4 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable.
