Location

Hotel Inter-Continental Manila is situated along Ayala Avenue, the main thoroughfare in Makati's business and commercial district. Within a few meters away are international companies' offices, and shopping and entertainment spots.

It is about 30-45 minutes' drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, the Centennial Airports I, II, and the Manila Domestic Airport.

All 335 guest rooms including 59 Suites have been recently refurbished and now exude a fresh, stylish and contemporary look that will certainly please the most discriminating traveller. • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges

All finalized and paid reservations	5% of the total amount paid
No Show	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable.
