Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences was opened last 21 September 1994. Although eleven (11) years in the industry, Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences' expertise in terms of product maintenance and service, makes it rise among its competitors. Being managed by Pacific Century Hotel Management Incorporated, it is very aggressive in its strategies and keeping up with its competitors.

Millennium Plaza Serviced Residences is 40-minute drive to the international
airport and the Manila Domestic airport. A five minutes taxi
ride to the upscale Power Plant Mall and 15 minutes taxi ride
to Greenbelt and lorietta shopping center, about 20 minutes
taxi ride to Mega Mall and Shangri-la Mall in Mandaluyong. Various
banks and restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel.

Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night,
with above indicated inclusions.
• Children below 12 years old are free of charge if sharing existing bed set up in the room, maximum of 2 children in a room. If Extra Bed is required, additional fee of US$ 23 nett per bed per night is charged.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
• For early check-in from 1am to 10am, a half-day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
• For check-out from 2pm to 6pm, a half-day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
• For check-out beyond 6pm, a whole day charge shall be imposed based on the confirmed rate.
• Request for early check-in/late check-out must be pre-arranged and pre-approved by the Guest Services Officer and will be subject to space availability.
• Upon check-in, guest will be requested to pay Php 500.00 per night as deposit for their miscellaneous charges.
• Force Majeure: The hotel and TravelMart shall not be liable for failure to comply with this agreement due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters or other causes beyond our control. In turn, Cancellation charge shall only be 5% of the total amount paid.
