OXFORD SUITES Makati is a 27-storey, 232-room property located at the heart of Makati's Business & Entertainment district. The hotel is ideally located 30 minutes from the international & domestic airports and just minutes away from the commercial center and shopping malls such as Greenbelt and Rockwell.

Location

Oxford Suites in Makati is located in the corner of Durban and the famous P. Burgos St. If you are coming from the Ayala Avenue beside the Glorietta, you turn right to Makati Avenue crossing the Sen Gil Puyat Ave and then Jupiter St. After passing Jupiter St, you turn right to P Burgos St and Oxford Suites is on your left just a block away from the corner of P Burgos and Makati Ave. P Burgos St in the Bel Air area is the center of night entertainment. The area is famous for its night bars, clubs and disco. For shoppers, Oxford Suites is a walking distance to the Rockwell Center.

Rooms

Superior Rooms (10 units) are Studio type rooms with a floor area of 30 sq. meters; and provided with one queen size bed, airconditioning, a mini-bar, cable TV, IDD/NDD direct dial telephones, bath tub, shower with hot and cold water and deluxe grooming amenities.

Executive Rooms (75 units) are Studio type rooms with a floor area of 36 sq. meters; and provided with one queen size bed, airconditioning, a mini-bar, cable TV, IDD/NDD direct dial telephones, bath tub, shower with hot and cold water and deluxe grooming amenities.

Deluxe Rooms (38 units) are Twin sharing rooms with a floor area of 40 sq. meters, fitted with two twin beds, airconditioning, a mini-bar, cable TV, IDD/NDD direct dial telephones, bath tub, shower with hot and cold water and deluxe grooming amenities.

Junior Suites (11 units) are Studio type rooms with a floor area of 51 sq. meters, with one king size bed, airconditioning, a mini-bar, cable TV, IDD/NDD direct dial telephones, bath tub, shower with hot and cold water and deluxe grooming amenities.

The One Bedroom Suite (5 units) has a receiving area and a bedroom with one king size bed, airconditioning, a mini-bar, cable TV, IDD/NDD direct dial telephones, bath tub, shower with hot and cold water and deluxe grooming amenities.

The O Suite (1 unit) occupy 2 levels with a total of 141 sq. meter floor area. The first level has a receiving area, dining area and a kitchenette. The second level is the bedroom with one king size bed. Other features include airconditioning in both levels, a mini-bar in the dining area, cable TV, IDD/NDD direct dial telephones, bath tub, shower with hot and cold water and deluxe grooming amenities.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night based on double occupancy, inclusive of taxes, service charge and Continental breakfast.
• Maximum of two (2) children below 12 years old using existing bed are free of charge.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 1pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.

Cancellation Charges

The following cut off dates are allowed so that there is no cancellation charge,
except the 5% credit card processing fee.
