Somerset Salcedo has concessionaire restaurants:
Coquina is a cafe and deli that serves Italian, Filipino and American dishes, on buffet or a la carte; and can accommodate 44 persons inside, plus 16 persons outside. It is open on Weekdays (Mondays-Thursdays) 8am-12midnight, Fridays where they have "House Friday" on evenings (with DJ's) 8am-4am, and Saturdays and Sundays 8am-8pm.

Akebono also offers authentic Japanese dishes from 10am-10 pm, and can seat up to 40 persons.

There are also nearby restaurants and bars that are within minutes' walk and drive from the hotel.
