Location

Located at 1158 A. Mabini St., Ermita, Manila, Philippines. Rising nine storeys high in the heart of Ermita in Malate, The City Garden is conveniently located within Manila 's bustling commercial center and tourist belt.

The City Garden Suites is a 30-minute car drive from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport and about 25-minute car drive from the Manila Domestic airport. A mere 2 to 3-minute drive away are the U.S. Embassy, St. Luke's Medical Center Manila, the Rizal Park, Intramuros and the famous night-party venue Baywalk.

Restaurant, bars, shopping centers and other entertainment centers are located within walking distance from the hotel.

Rooms

The 15 Standard Rooms (with floor area of 20 sqm) have two single beds. One extra bed with extra charge may be added for triple occupancy.

The 32 Superior Rooms (with floor area of 22 sqm) are provided with one queen size bed good for two adults. A single bed with extra charge may added for triple occupancy.

The Deluxe Rooms (with floor area of 25-30 sqm) come with one queen size bed good for two adults. A single bed with extra charge may added for triple occupancy.

The 3 Studio Suites (with floor area of 28 sqm) come with a king size or a queen size bed. A single bed with extra charge may added for triple occupancy.

The 6 Junior Suites (with floor area of 30 sqm) come with a queen size bed. A single bed with extra charge may added for triple occupancy.

The 2 Penthouse Suites (with floor area of 60 sqm) come with a king size bed.

The Executive Penthouse Suites (with floor area of 100 sqm) also come with a king size bed.

Two of the penthouse suites (one Double-Bed Suite and one Single-Bed Suite) offer the conveniences of their own dining room, kitchen, laundry area and lanai.

• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
