Las Palmas Hotel is ideally located along A. Mabini Street, Malate Manila about 18 km from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. From the hotel it is 2minutes by foot to Robinson shopping mall and the various restaurants and bars in Malate, and a five minutes drive/taxi ride will bring you to the US Embassy, Rizal Park and Intramuros.

It has 89 rooms and suites equipped with amenities excellent for the business and leisure traveler.

Standard Room - for single or double occupancy and provided with one double bed, 2 children below 12 years old is free of charge if they will share bed with adults. One extra bed with charge can be added to this room

Superior Room - for single or double occupancy and provided with two single beds, 2 children below 12 years old is free of charge if they will share bed with adults. One extra bed with additional charge can be added to this room

Deluxe Room - is a spacious room provided with one queen size bed, 2 children belo 12 years old is free of charge if they will share bed with adults. One extra bed with charge can be added to this room

All rooms are provided with cable tv, mini refrigerator, IDD/NDD phone system, individual airconditioning and shower with hot and cold water.

• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be allowed depending on the availability of rooms.

Cancellation Charges

At least 16 days prior to check-in date	5% of the total amount paid
Less than 16 days prior to check-in date	1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
No Show	Total amount paid is non-refundable.
Shortened Stay	Unused amount is non-refundable.
