Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• No charge for children under 12 years old when occuppying the same room as adult(s) and using existing beds in rooms.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice; valid for all markets, except for local and foreign meetings and conventions, during which period the Hotel's published rates may apply.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Guests arriving before 12:00 noon will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked in for those arriving early if rooms are not available.
• Force Majeure: TravelMart and the Hotel shall not be responsible to guests for failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement in case of fortuitous event, labor disputes or any condition beyond control.
