Enhanced by amenities that pamper travel-weary guests, the Palm Plaza offers airconditioned rooms and suites; 8 Standard Rooms, 108 Superior Rooms and 4 Junior Suites.

All of which are furnished with single or double beds, remote controlled cable T.V., IDD/NDD access, a well stocked mini-bar, and separate toilet and bath with hot and cold running water. Its Junior Suites offer a bedroom and a separate entertainment area that can be converted into another bedroom. Smoke detectors and fire sprinklers are installed in each room for added security and protection.

Palm Plaza - Standard Room - Comfortable accommodation at affordable rates. Provided with one Queen size bed. 1 Extra bed can still be added to this room with extra charge.

Palm Plaza - Superior Room - Well appointed room. Guest can choose 1 King size bed or 2 Single beds. 1 Extra bed can still be added to this room with extra charge.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
Cancellation Charges
At least 4 days prior to check-in date 5% of the total amount paid
Less than 4 days prior to check-in date 1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
No Show 1-night rate plus 5% of the total amount paid
Shortened Stay Unused amount is non-refundable.
