Its proximate vicinity includes the World Health Organization, Medical Center Manila and two major hospitals, schools, the world-famed Rizal Park, the "Walled City" of Intramuros, National Museum, Club Intramuros an 18-hole golf course, government offices and shopping malls.

The Pearl Manila Hotel is 6 kilometers from the convention and trade exhibits sites such as Philippine International Convention Center, Cultural Center of the Philippines, World Trade Center and 11.5 kms. from Ninoy Aquino International Airport.

How to get there
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, go to Roxas Blvd., then turn right (northbound) and drive to U.N. Avenue. Turn right towards Taft Avenue. The hotel is on the right.

Pret A' Manger

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night based on single/twin occupancy, triple for the 1 bedroom & 2 bedroom, with above indicated inclusions, NO service charge.
• Two (2) children twelve (12) years old and below, sharing room and existing bed with parents shall be free of charge. If extra bed is required, additional charge shall apply.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice; are not applicable for conferences, seminars, conventions, and company outings
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s).
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Request for early check-in or late check-out must be pre-arranged and confirmed, subject to availability. Check out from beyond 12 noon until 6 pm shall be charged 50% of the nightly rate. Check out beyond 6 pm shall be charged 100% of the nightly rate.
• Force Majeure: The hotel and TravelMart shall not be liable for failure to comply with this Agreemnt due to force majeure, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other causes beyond the control of the hotel and/or TravelMart. Likewise, TravelMart shall not be liable if guest is unable to arrive due to flight cancellations or other valid cause beyond control.
