Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, inclusive of taxes, service charge, and buffet breakfast for up to 2 persons (up to 3 persons in a Two-Bedroom Suite).
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. For arrivals earlier than 2pm, the previous day must be booked. Check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-out up to 4pm will be charged 50% of nightly rates and subject to availability.
• Force Majeure: The Hotel and TravelMart shall not be liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned through conditions beyond control of the Hotel and TravelMart, acts of God, or in consequence of war, change of statutes by the Philippine Government, strikes and riots.
