Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored. • If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied. • One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements. • There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2 pm.
