This package does not include food outside of the package, laundry, mini-bar consumption, telephone calls, other marine sports activities and equipment rentals, souvenir shop purchases and other expenses that are incidental in nature. All activities and equipment are scheduled and subject to availability. • These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program. • Rates may change without prior notice. • Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed. • Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking. • Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest. • A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges. • Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored. • If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied. • One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements. • There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day. • Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon. Cancellation Charges (including bookings paid through credit card) At least 7 days prior to check-in date 5% of the total amount paid Less than 7 days prior to check-in date 1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid No Show 1-night rate + 5% of the total amount paid Shortened Stay Unused amount is non-refundable.
