Child Rate: Children 2-6 years old sharing room with adults get free accommodation, meals, tours, and transfers. Children 7-11 years old sharing room with adults will automatically be charged Child Supplement of PHP 2,000 nett per night. Children 12 years old and above are considered adults and shall be charged adult rates.

Airfare and Flight Schedule (via El Nido Resorts' ITI chartered flights):
Access to El Nido from Manila is via chartered flights from Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI). The regular aircraft used is a 19-seater Dornier with a flight time of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The round trip airfare is PHP 10,500 nettt per adult and PHP 7,000 nett per child, inclusive of terminal fees, insurance, fuel surcharge, applicable taxes, and use of private passengers' lounge with complimentary light refreshments. Luggage allowance is 12 kilograms per person, including hand carry items. Excess luggage is PHP 70 nett per kilogram. The daily flight schedules are as follows:

Manila - El Nido	ETD	7:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM
El Nido - Manila	ETD	9:30 AM, 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• Loading of excess luggage is subject to space availability and aircraft load capacity.
• ITI may offload luggage in the event of aircraft overloading but shall send these to the resort via the next available flight.
• Schedules and fares may change without prior notice.

Compulsory charge for boat transfer if guests arrive via SEAir or ways other than El Nido Resorts' ITI chartered flights:
Round trip boat transfers (1-5 persons): PHP 5,000 nett
Additional person charge: PHP 1,000 nett per person

Conservation Fee:
All visitors to El Nido, 12 years old and above, are required by law to pay a conservation fee of PHP 20 nett per person per night (maximum of PHP 200 nett per person). This fee is collected by the Protected Area Management Board for the conservation of the El Nido Protected Area and may be settled at the El Nido Resort.

Terms and Conditions

• Rates are in Philippines Pesos per person per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• PAYMENT IS IN CASH BASIS ONLY.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• A Rebooking Fee of PHP 150 nett per person applies to any and all revisions after payment/finalization of booking/s.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
