• Pick-up point at City State Tower Hotel, Mabini St. Cor. Padre Faura, Malate, Manila
• Tourist bus boarding time at 7:45 am and the bus departs at 8:00 am (Manila - Batangas)
• Ferry boarding time depending on time of arrival at the Batangas Port 10:30 am or 11:30 am
• Estimated arrival time in Puerto Galera at 11:30 am or 12:30 pm
• Check-in time 1:00 pm
• Check-out 8:30 am due to early departure of Sikat-operated ferry transfer to Batangas.
Terms and Conditions
• Rates are in US Dollars per night based on double occupancy, with above mentioned inclusions.
• First (2) Children ages 5 and below are free of charge. Extra child will be charged as follows: Ages 6-9 years old $13/child with breakfast; 10 years old and up - $26/person - treated as adults.
• A surcharge of 5% will apply to all bookings paid through credit card.
• Bringing of foods ARE NOT ALLOWED.
• Force majeure: No Show on the date of arrival or a day before arrival - forfeiture of the total payment.
• Rebooking: (Subject for approval of the resort. If the booking is cancelled, it may be rebooked to another date.)- Rebooking shall be within 61 days only. After 61 days, it is considered forfeited.- Rebooking fee if US$ 30.00.- Rebooking can only be made once. - Additional activities requested are charged separate;y and is subject to 10% service charge and 10% VAT.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
