Location

Set in the heart of dynamic Business Center, Fernandina 88 Suites Hotel is just a few steps to all what Cubao has to offer, such as Gateway Mall, Shopwise, Rustans, SM Mall, Ali Mall, Farmers Market, Araneta Coliseum and some international restaurants. It is also near the main avenues, making it accessible to all major points in metropolis Manila. It is only 10-15 minutes to Ortigas Center in Pasig City, 20-30 minutes to Makati City's and Manila City's commercial, business and entertainment districts, and 30-45 minutes to the Airport.

Driving directions:
From the airport, go north passing the Domestic Airport, then right turn (east) exit to EDSA, driving north passing through Ayala Avenue and "Crossing" (Shaw Blvd.) underpasses, then Ortigas Avenue and Santolan Street flyovers, until you reach P. Tuazon Street (about 7 kilometers). Turn right (east) and continue driving for about 400 meters, passing by SM Department Store and Ali Mall on the left side. On the right side of the street, just across Ali Mall is The Fernandina 88 Suites Hotel.

Dining Facilities

The 1572 Restaurant and Ballroom caters to the most discriminating of customers. Consider the amenities of 1572: the stylish, classy ambiance of a fine dining restaurant with the flair for the romantic; the all-glass walls that look out to the panoramic view of the Ortigas Center and Makati; and the professional service of our kitchen and dining staff. All these contribute to an elegant setting that make your visit and special occasion truly meaningful and memorable.

Located on the 12th floor, 1572 Restaurant and Ballroom can be transformed into a banquet hall for up to 120 persons; or 130 persons with extension to the pool area. On one side of the restaurant is an elevated stage with the piano for free use of any guests who wish to display their playing prowess.

* Please note that 1572 Restaurant and Ballroom still retains its name as thus, but the regular ballroom activity is not being held anymore. Functions such as wedding banquets and parties must be scheduled with prior approval from the Hotel.

• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 2 pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
