Location

Kabayan Hotel Quezon City is found on St. Mary Street on the corner of Aurora Blvd.,, just behind Diamond Theater, and a few steps away from the MRT Cubao Station. It is only a 5-minute MRT ride to POEA, and 30 to 45-minute ride to either Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and Overseas Workers' Welfare Administration (OWWA).

Other Government agencies easily accessible are the NBI, Philippine Seaman's Board, and other Foreign Embassies and Consulates. It is also a short ride to the newly revitalized commercial center of Cubao and the flea market.

How to get there
From the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, follow the directions to EDSA. Turn right on EDSA, driving north towards Aurora Blvd. Turn right (east) on Aurora Blvd. Then turn left on St. Mary Street. Kabayan Hotel Quezon City is on the left side of Aurora Blvd. on the corner of St. Mary Street.

• Rates are in US Dollars per room per night, with above indicated inclusions.
• These specially discounted internet rates can only be availed if booked and paid through TravelMart; and can not be availed in combination with other promos, except with Travel Advantage Rewards Program.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Booking(s) have to be paid in advance before the check-in date and issuance of voucher(s). Unpaid bookings are not guaranteed.
• Payment by credit card will be billed upon confirmation of booking.
• Upon receipt of payment, voucher(s) will be faxed or emailed to guest.
• A wash down or decrease in the original number of rooms/persons reserved/booked shall, to the extent of the decrease in the number of rooms/persons, be considered a cancellation and shall be subject to cancellation charges.
• Any and all cancellations/wash downs must be done through email to bookings@travelmart.net. Any and all wash downs/cancellations on the phone will not be honored.
• If guest fails to show up on check-in/tour day without prior notice to TravelMart, the No-show charges shall be applied.
• One-night rate as Cancellation or No-Show charge includes room charges, meals, tours and other arrangements.
• There shall be no refund for shortened stays including rooms checked-in and checked-out on the same day.
• Check-in time is 12 noon. Late check-in may be allowed up to 6:00 PM provided with prior notice. Check-out time is 12 noon. Late check-out after 12:00 noon may be allowed provided that 50% of applicable contracted room charges are paid.
